Terms
and Conditions for listings on Sam's Equipment Sales
Sellers Terms:
- We'll list your items with no charge for the listing, and a commision
due at time of sale. If your item doesn't sell through our site, you owe
us nothing. The commission will be calculated on the final sales price
according to the following:
- Items sold for less than $500 - 15% commission
- Items sold between $500 and $999.99 - 10% commission
- Items sold between $1,000 and $2,499.99 - 5% commission
- Items sold for $2,500 and over - 3% commission
Listing will be maintained for up to six months or removed at sellers request.
Listings can be submitted by email including the following:- A complete and accurate description of the listed item, including Make, Model, Serial Number, Year, Condition and location of item.
- Photos of the item.
- Asking price including whether you'll take an offer.
- Your seller information including name, address, phone number, email address and best time to call.
Your personal information will not be made public, but is necessary for us to contact you with offers.
You can use our Forms Page to submit your listing.
We will forward all offers to you and return your response to the buyer. At your request, we will put you in direct contact with the buyer.
You agree, by submitting your listing, to pay the appropriate commision to us at the time of completion of your sale.
Buyers Terms:
- Listed items are sold as-is and where-is. All transactions are between
the buyer and seller and sams-eqpt.com makes no claim to the accuracy of
the description of listed items.
Offers can be submitted by email, phone or our Forms page.
Offers on a listed item will be forwarded to the seller and seller's response will be forwarded back to buyer.
Upon acceptance of buyers offer, buyer has 5 business days to arrange for payment.
